6. Data Retention

This section applies to information you submit to us through this website — such as contact forms, free connectivity review requests, and uploaded internet bills. It does not apply to data transmitted over the cellular network through our hotspot equipment (see Section 7 below).

We retain your contact and lead information in our CRM system for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to support follow-up and service delivery. Uploaded bill documents are retained only as long as needed to complete your internet service comparison and are not shared with third parties beyond the scope of your request.

7. HIPAA & PCI Compliance — Hotspot & Data Offload Equipment

Our indoor cell signal and data offload solution uses carrier-grade equipment that offloads cellular data traffic from participating carriers onto your existing internet connection. This equipment does not collect, store, or process any personal data from the end users (your customers or employees) whose devices connect through it.

The data offload infrastructure we deploy is designed and operated in compliance with:

  • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act): The equipment does not access, transmit, or store protected health information (PHI). It is suitable for deployment in healthcare environments such as medical offices, clinics, and hospitals.
  • PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard): The equipment does not intercept, store, or process payment card data. It is suitable for deployment in retail, restaurant, and hospitality environments where payment transactions occur.

In short: the hotspot equipment handles cellular signal offload at the network infrastructure level — it does not see, read, or retain the content of any user's data, messages, or transactions. If you have specific compliance questions for your industry, please contact us directly.

8. Data Security — Website & CRM

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the personal information you submit through this Site from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Uploaded files (such as internet bills) are stored in a secured server environment with restricted access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Opt-out of communications: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, or reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS. Message & data rates may apply.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are directed to businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact us at [email protected].
