DM Wireless Connect is a business connectivity consulting company based in Omaha, Nebraska. We provide two primary services to businesses across the United States:

• Business Internet Comparison: We compare internet service providers (ISPs) available at a business's address — including fiber, cable, fixed wireless, and DSL options — and help businesses identify the best plan for their needs. This service is provided at no cost to the business.
• Indoor Cell Signal & Data Offload Solutions: We install and manage carrier-grade cellular data offload equipment at qualifying business locations to improve indoor cell signal for customers and employees. This service is provided at no cost to qualifying hosts. Qualifying hosts may earn a revenue share from participating carriers based on data offloaded through their location.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact form or lead submission.

When you submit a contact form, request a free connectivity review, or upload a bill through our Site, you are providing us with your business information for the purpose of receiving our consulting services. By submitting this information, you consent to being contacted by DM Wireless Connect via phone, email, or text message at the contact information you provide.

You represent that all information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. Uploaded documents (such as internet bills) are stored securely and used solely to assist in comparing service options for your business.

You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us directly at [email protected].

Our internet comparison service and indoor cell signal solution are offered at no direct cost to qualifying businesses. However, "no cost" refers to fees charged directly by DM Wireless Connect — standard internet service charges from your chosen ISP are your responsibility.

Revenue share opportunities for data offload hosts are subject to eligibility requirements set by participating carriers. DM Wireless Connect makes no guarantee of revenue share amounts, timing, or continued availability. Revenue share eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the participating carrier(s) and may change or be discontinued at any time.

DM Wireless Connect works with third-party internet service providers and wireless carriers to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the terms, pricing, service quality, outages, or conduct of any third-party provider. Any agreements you enter into with an ISP or carrier are solely between you and that provider.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of DM Wireless Connect or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

This Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DM Wireless Connect does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM Wireless Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for free services, is zero).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DM Wireless Connect and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
